The Best!........I'm self employed and because of the current state of the economy I felt my chances of getting a home loan were slim at best........Joe met with me in November of last year and advised me as to what I could do to qualify for a loan...It took me several months to get these things done.....During that time he was always available to answer questions and continued to point me in the right direction.........once I completed everything he had me approved in a matter of days........I closed escrow last week with a great low fixed rate loan....Unbelievable.
